This policy describes uses of the Travede Services that are not permitted. It supplements Section 4 of the Merchant Terms and Conditions.
1Permitted use
The Services may be used only for your approved, lawful business during the Agreement.
2Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions; evade sanctions or required underwriting; submit fictitious sales; improperly split transactions; misrepresent your business or transaction details; interfere with security or service availability; or reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3Restricted products and businesses
Restricted products or activities require prior written approval and remain subject to provider requirements.
4Third parties and resale
You may not submit transactions for undisclosed third parties, resell access, or act as a payment aggregator without Travede’s prior written approval and any required provider approval.
5Enforcement
Travede may restrict transactions, pause recovery, suspend access, or request additional verification when reasonably necessary to address a violation, as described in Section 13 of the Merchant Terms.
